My stay at the SER was just super. The great residence, the amenities, the location, the views, the food (for all 5 days, I had all of my meals at the restaurant) and the really wonderful staff. Everything about your stay is so thoughtfully considered. I look forward to returning with my family.

This property is a typical timeshare. They’re in the middle of some construction. So to be fair, I think that definitely affects cleanliness. However, I was disappointed with the staff. They seemed lazy and unhelpful. When I was checking in my parents who are 88 and 86 years old and both use walkers, I asked if the room was close to the lobby. They told me they were on the second floor and in that exact building so I took that to mean the room was within a close proximity. However, they were put on the farthest end of the floor. It was actually three very long hallways that they had to walk down and they were given the very last room. Unbelievable😡.
